Where is customer support? Chat?

At one point, there was a chat support service but now in my messages history I see no option to send a new message. There are questions in the forum that don’t get monitored or moderated. Specifically, I see questions about delayed pending transfers that are very concerning. What is going on at Stessa?

And no, telling us to upgrade to Pro is not acceptable. I’ve seen complaints about the Pro membership, too.

Same! I don’t even see where I can submit any sort of support ticket.

We were using the Pro but still having so many problems. And now we can’t open our account. We were just asking help in the support but why do they have to cancel our account. It’s so frustrating to use.
