Bi-monthly rent - solving this now

Hello,

We have a tenant who has requested bi-monthly rental payments. Many platforms hav this feature but Stessa does not.

I was thinking of creating two leases for the property to implement this correctly, with a late fee setup for each payment. Other option would be to setup one lease with the later payment date and manually monitor and adjust late fees.

Any other ideas?

I’m implementing this right now. Stessa will not allow identical tenants on separate leases. This is odd. It’s not unheard of to have a tent rent multiple units. Seems like a developer is out thinking the product here.

I will attempt to work around this by using the tenant alternate name and using gmail’s alias feature.
