For one of my tenant ledgers, lease was renewed with an increase and the start/end dates are as follows:
2/17/22 - 2/16/23
2/17/21 - 2/16/22
On 2/17/22 Stessa is showing
“Rent for Feb 17 - Mar 16” at the new price
“Prorated Rent for Feb 17-16” at the old price
So it’s charging the tenant twice for the same month. The “Prorated Rent for Feb 17-16” at the old price is incorrect.
